Il met l&rsquo;accent sur les styles comportementaux observables et mesure l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 de leurs caract\u00e9ristiques selon deux \u00e9chelles\u00a0: l&rsquo;une mesure le degr\u00e9 d&rsquo;ouverture d&rsquo;un individu, l&rsquo;autre mesure l&rsquo;aspect direct ou indirect de l&rsquo;approche qu&rsquo;il a envers des \u00e9v\u00e9nements pour chacun des 4 styles\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Dominance<\/span>,<span style=\"color: #ffff00\"> Influence<\/span> , <span style=\"color: #339966\">Stabilit\u00e9<\/span> et <span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Conformit\u00e9<\/span> .<\/p>\n<p>En utilisant le mod\u00e8le DISC, il est facile d&rsquo;identifier et de comprendre notre propre style, mais aussi de reconna\u00eetre et de s&rsquo;adapter aux diff\u00e9rents autres styles afin de communiquer plus efficacement avec les autres.
