evolved in the last 12,000 years, none the less, since humans have been around for millions of years, 12,000 years is not that long in relative beginning of time, mankind has been forced to move around to find food and to survive, whereas today we can simply click on the internet for food to arrive effortlessly at our door.<\/p>\n<p>But one thing has not changed: to ensure our optimal functioning and for the well-being of our brain, we need to exercise and move around just like our ancestors did.<\/span><\/p><\/div><style>.ld_spacer_69e8f2ce0f15c{height:32px;}<\/style>\n<div class=\"ld-empty-space ld_spacer_69e8f2ce0f15c\"><span class=\"ld-fh-txt\"> <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Why is this so?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Three elements are essential in our brain for our well-being and all three also act on our state of concentration. If our norepinephrine (also called noradrenaline) levels are low, we feel tired and a bit sluggish. It plays a key role in the quality of our motivation and our desire to move forward. Occasional exercise will only allow the benefits of wellness to last for a few hours.<\/p>\n<p>But if physical activity is regular, and more specifically focused on cardio-vascular training, then the benefits will be felt for a much longer period after the workouts.<\/span><\/p><\/div><style>.ld_spacer_69e8f2ce0fe6d{height:32px;}<\/style>\n<div class=\"ld-empty-space ld_spacer_69e8f2ce0fe6d\"><span class=\"liquid_empty_space_inner\"><\/span><\/div><style>.ld_fancy_heading_69e8f2ce0ff12 h3{color:#208d42;}.ld_fancy_heading_69e8f2ce0ff12 .lqd-highlight-inner{height:0.275em;bottom:0px;}<\/style><div class=\"ld-fancy-heading text-center ld_fancy_heading_69e8f2ce0ff12\">\n\t<h3 class=\"lqd-highlight-underline lqd-highlight-grow-left\" ><span class=\"ld-fh-txt\"> Regular physical activity then sets up a permanent sense of well-being.<\/span><\/h3><\/div><style>.ld_fancy_heading_69e8f2ce0fff5 p{color:rgb(0, 0, 0);}.ld_fancy_heading_69e8f2ce0fff5 .lqd-highlight-inner{height:0.275em;bottom:0px;}<\/style><div class=\"ld-fancy-heading ld_fancy_heading_69e8f2ce0fff5\">\n\t<p class=\"lqd-highlight-underline lqd-highlight-grow-left\" ><span class=\"ld-fh-txt\"> We need to be extremely mindful of this because these days we often lead a very sedentary lifestyle that generates a constant source of stress.<\/p>\n<p>So, let's be clear on this, for your physical and mental well-being, and your mood, it's essential to exercise on a regular basis!<\/p>\n<p>Of course, you must be careful and don't set the bar too high.<\/span><\/p><\/div><style>.ld_spacer_69e8f2ce100b1{height:32px;}<\/style>\n<div class=\"ld-empty-space ld_spacer_69e8f2ce100b1\"><span class=\"liquid_empty_space_inner\"><\/span><\/div><style>.ld_fancy_heading_69e8f2ce10152 h3{color:#208d42;}.ld_fancy_heading_69e8f2ce10152 .lqd-highlight-inner{height:0.275em;bottom:0px;}<\/style><div class=\"ld-fancy-heading text-center ld_fancy_heading_69e8f2ce10152\">\n\t<h3 class=\"lqd-highlight-underline lqd-highlight-grow-left\" ><span class=\"ld-fh-txt\"> Une activit\u00e9 physique sur mesure<\/span><\/h3><\/div><style>.ld_fancy_heading_69e8f2ce10231 p{color:rgb(0, 0, 0);}.ld_fancy_heading_69e8f2ce10231 .lqd-highlight-inner{height:0.275em;bottom:0px;}<\/style><div class=\"ld-fancy-heading ld_fancy_heading_69e8f2ce10231\">\n\t<p class=\"lqd-highlight-underline lqd-highlight-grow-left\" ><span class=\"ld-fh-txt\"> <a id=\"emoji-info-url\" class=\"ek_link\" href=\"https:\/\/emojikeyboard.org\/copy\/Woman_Running_Emoji_%F0%9F%8F%83%E2%80%8D%E2%99%80%EF%B8%8F?utm_source=extlink\"><span id=\"emoji-info-value\">\ud83c\udfc3\u200d\u2640\ufe0f<\/span><\/a> You can start by taking the stairs instead of the lift, go for walks and do short distances by foot.<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"emoji-info-url\" class=\"ek_link\" href=\"https:\/\/emojikeyboard.org\/copy\/Person_Biking_Emoji_%F0%9F%9A%B4?utm_source=extlink\"><span id=\"emoji-info-value\">\ud83d\udeb4<\/span><\/a> Perhaps once a week you can walk or cycle home from work instead of taking public transport.<\/p>\n<p>Ideally, you should aim to do <strong>at least 40 minutes of cardiovascular exercise<\/strong> in which you increase your heart rate, feel your heart beating faster and need to focus on your breathing, three times a week.<\/p>\n<p>Any sport that achieves these results is good: cycling, running, brisk walking etc.<\/p>\n<p>The best thing is to find a sport that you <strong>enjoy<\/strong> so you'll keep it up for a long while.<\/p>\n<p>But even a good 20-minute brisk walk three times a week will bring noticeable benefits.<\/p>\n<p>Un peu d\u2019exercice, c&rsquo;est toujours mieux que de l\u2019inactivit\u00e9. Le plus dur c&rsquo;est souvent de s&rsquo;y mettre.
